Beware the Repercussions: The Downfall of Groups Who Engage in Instrumental Group Aggression

Image
Engaging in instrumental group aggression against targeted individuals often carries deep, unforeseen repercussions that can ultimately come back to haunt those who instigate or participate in such collective targeting. This isn't just a matter of taking action against someone in the immediate sense or achieving short-lived dominance over someone as a collective; it is about potentially setting the stage for a future backlash where the very individual being targeted, scapegoated or oppressed, may find within themselves a wellspring of resilience (where they transform themselves through the adversity) and evolve into someone with the strength and insight to return and challenge the group that once sought to undermine them. So, when groups or communities unite in targeting an individual, they are often unaware of the long-term impacts that their actions may set into motion, not only for themselves, but for the future of their corrupted collective (as they risk catalyzing a force that...

Embracing, Integrating, and Alchemizing Our Own Inherent Narcissism for Authentic Psychological Wholeness & Spiritual Health

Image
Within the past 5 years since my initial awakening, in my psychospiritual studies and reflections on my own life experiences, I at first came to view narcissism as a purely destructive force—where it was a word synonymous with arrogance, self-centeredness, and a complete disregard for others. And with everything that I was educating myself on at the beginning of my spiritual journey, in the very depths of my soul, once my intuition and discernment started to activate (which I had been disconnected from my entire life), I started to feel that something felt off about what I was taking in about this subject. As more time passed, it eventually became clear to me that there was a pharisaic shame-based culture and ideology of polarization and shadow repression when it came to the complete demonization of narcissism, where this realization opened my eyes to how society’s treatment of narcissism mirrored a deeper, systemic pattern of judgment and repression that extended beyond the individual...

The Power of Gnosis: Standing Firm in My Divine Light

Image
Having the gnosis that I don’t need an audience to shine feels like one of the greatest freedoms that I have ever embraced, where it’s not just an abstract idea—it’s a lived experience of a profound shift in my understanding of my own self-worth. For so long, I based my self-worth on external validation, where my value depended on how others perceived me, whether they approved of my choices, if they acknowledged my accomplishments, or even if they accepted me for who I am. But now, I know that my worth as a divine spark of light is an inherent part of me, independent of anyone else’s recognition. From being self-aware, I know that somewhere along the way at the beginning of my life, whether it was from generational trauma, societal trauma, religious trauma, or whatever kind of trauma, that the dysfunctional dynamics of placing my worth in the hands of others became ingrained in me (leaving me constantly seeking approval, validation, and acceptance from external sources, rather th...

Breaking Free from Spiritual Captivity: Reclaiming Sovereignty Beyond Religious Strongholds

Image
It has become clear to me that not everyone in the church (or within religious communities in general), truly understands or embodies the psychospiritual freedom that Jesus offers, and instead, many use religion as a means to control, burden, and bind others under the weight of spiritual captivity. One would think that if people went to church or immersed themselves within a spiritual community, they would actually take their spirituality seriously, but more often than not, what we find are people that have completely conformed their identity to religious strongholds, covert AND overt forms of authoritarianism, a superficial identity that lacks any true depth, toxic positivity, co-dependency with the church (and the people in it), and the sacrifice of their own spiritual sovereignty, personal autonomy, & the ability to critically think, where they seek to place those same burdens onto those around them. And when we look at things from a higher perspective, these dynamics run ...

Respect Must Be Earned: Unmasking Inauthentic Leadership

Image
Through my own observations, experiences, and studies, I’ve learned that psychospiritually stagnant and incompetent leadership that is conformed to the world, operates from a place of immaturity, superficiality, and ego-driven self-interest. On the surface, these individuals might appear to hold legitimate titles, roles, or positions in a community, but their behavior reveals a profound lack of true substance, growth, or wisdom, and when we aren’t paying close attention, it’s easy to get caught up in the illusion that someone’s position grants them automatic respect and authority. And in my own journey through navigating various environments, I’ve learned through experience that titles alone don’t make people worthy of the places they hold. Instead, leadership that is rooted in genuine competence requires more than a title—it demands maturity, discernment, and a depth of character that many of these individuals simply do not have. So, true leadership calls for self-awareness, responsib...

Merging Consciousness with the Divine: Accessing the Kingdom Within

Image
When we talk about consciousness and the kingdom within, it’s important to understand the nuances of this relationship. Our consciousness, while profoundly powerful, is more like a doorway or conduit rather than the essence of the kingdom within itself. Our consciousness, instead, serves as the bridge that allows us to tap into something greater, far beyond the capacity of the mind alone. But contrary to what some may think, being connected to the 'kingdom within' is not an abstract or metaphorical concept; it’s a living, breathing integration with our divine spark, which is a literal piece of God residing within each of us. Fundamentally, it’s the part of us that connects us directly to the source of all creation (because it is an inherent piece of divine energy that transcends anything we could ever quantify or measure.) So, if we are willing to look beyond the surface of our material existence, the kingdom within is where we will find authentic peace, true guidance, and th...

The Leash of Conformity: How Religious Communities Limit True Psychospiritual Growth

Image
Churches, or religious communities in general, in many instances, have become breeding grounds for psychospiritual stagnation, keeping people conformed to the world rather than helping them evolve into the best version of themselves (at least not beyond their ideological leash.) And instead of serving as sanctuaries for genuine personal transformation and guiding individuals toward higher levels of self-awareness and spiritual maturity, these communities often act as mechanisms of conformity and restrict members' growth within the boundaries of their own ideology. While some level of personal development may be tolerated, it is always within the confines of what the community deems acceptable, where the expectation is that people stay within the boundaries established by the community’s doctrines and cultural norms (which are often based on traditions that have conformed to worldly expectations or are legalistic in nature, similar to the attitudes of the Pharisees.) T...
